Email admin@joinbubble.io. Tell us the email address on your account and roughly when the problem happened, and we can usually sort it out in one reply.

Safety reports and objectionable content: reviewed within 24 hours.
Everything else: we aim to reply within two business days.

Common Questions

I can’t sign in

Bubble signs you in with a link or code sent to your email, or with Apple or Google. If the email hasn’t arrived, check your spam folder and confirm you used the same address you signed up with. Codes expire after 15 minutes, so request a fresh one rather than reusing an old email. Still stuck? Message us and we’ll look up the account.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, photos, posts, and messages. You can also start the process from our account deletion page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How do I report or block someone?

Open the person’s profile, or long-press the message or post, and choose Report or Block. Blocking is immediate and mutual: neither of you will see the other. Reports are confidential and are never shown to the person you reported. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Why can’t I see anything near me?

Bubble only operates in the regions we have launched in, so if you are outside one of them the map and nearby lists will be empty. You will also need to grant location permission for the app to show what is around you. If you are inside a launch region and still see nothing, get in touch.

I’m not getting notifications

Check that notifications are enabled for Bubble in your device settings, and that the specific types you want are switched on in Settings → Notifications in the app.

Reporting Objectionable Content

We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, threats, or spam. Every report is reviewed within 24 hours, and we remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break the rules. You can report from inside the app, or email admin@joinbubble.io with a screenshot and the username involved. Our full rules are in the Safety & Community Guidelines.
